- Lifetime Membership is $500 (payable in two years for $260/year or in three years for $185/year)
- Pledges per year for five years would be greatly appreciated

- Patron: $500 – $999
- Benefactor: $1000 – $4999
- Corporate: over $5000
- Volunteer assistance or “in-kind contributions.
